The Mosaica screensaver has a lot of possibilities to define the selection of photos to be shown.
For PC users: You don’t have an “OK” button in the screensaver options screen on your system! If you make some changes, just close the window.
New in Version 2.0:
Now you have a possibility to setup a start mode for your screensaver:

There are three ways to setup the search of photos in the Mosaica screensaver: Interestingness, Users & Tags and Random:

Here will be shown the most interesting photos of the recent day:

In “Users & Tags” mode you can specify tags which should be used by the search, or/and an author’s username whose photos shoud be shown in the screensaver. Here the tags “sea” and “blue” have been used:

Another example for the search: user “greyhorn” and a tag “Katharina”.

You can use also a random search on the flickr:

I run LittleSnitch (”Little Snitch tells you when a program tries to send info to the internet so you can see what’s going on in the background”) and Mosaica won’t run. Any ideas how to add Mosaica to LittleSnitch’s “Allowed” connections?

I have the same problem as Veljko. I´m using LittleSnitch and the new beta 2.2 for Intel Mac doesn´t work. On another older PPC-Mac the 2.1 vers. is working (there is also LS installed).
I can not understand this.
Please help.

Friend
Hi:
Just found this program and I am very impressed. I would love to see a version where the individual images flash up full screen as well. That would totally make this perfect for the application.

Wonderful program with a delightfully unique aesthetic. One of favorite ways to see photos of places, friends, and family that matter to me. One suggestion: could there be an option to remove the help text at the bottom of the screen (that tells you if you’re explore mode or not)? It distracts from the overall lovely design that you put together. Thanks for creating such a wonderful work!

sweet screensaver!!!!
I have it use all my photos, but wanted to know if I oculd make it randomize my photos instead of just usign the recently updated?
Also anyway to make it use photos on your hard drive and not from flickr?
I would liek this feature because I would still like to use this screensaver when my laptop is not connected to the internet.
Thanks!
